Meet Change Agent Kathy Henrich, CEO of the Milwaukee Tech Hub Coalition and driving force behind efforts to double tech talent in the Milwaukee region to support regional success, foster tech opportunities, and meet employers’ growing need for skilled tech talent.

Milwaukee Tech Hub Coalition is a non-profit organization that brings together companies, technology professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, community organizations, and other individuals invested in growing tech talent and innovation in the region. It has over 75 member organizations including Northwestern Mutual, Rockwell Automation, General Electric, Concurrency, Kohl’s, WE Energies and Advocate Aurora Healthcare.

Kathy was named CEO of the Milwaukee Tech Hub Coalition in January of 2019 and takes pride in the strategies her team has built to foster tech development and amplify the region’s tech success to encourage corporations and technology professionals to chose Milwaukee as their home. In this episode, she emphasizes the importance of change through the power of a region’s corporations, educational institutions, government, non-profit organizations and community members to drive prosperity throughout the region.
